I found the staff very helpful. they were friendly at reception! the room was clean. it featured modern furnishings and a lovely bathroom. the bed was comfortable. The sofa was comfortable to sit on while watching tv.

the parking location from the hotel was not close! i had to park on level 4 and walk through a complex with my luggage. it was a bit of a nightmare.

The breakfast buffet was included and very convenient. I found the location very useful for access to both bus and train stations. The attractions in the city were also within easy walking distance. The hotel location was excellent!

I asked for a wake-up call, but I never received one. It was a small issue, but it caused me to be late for my meeting. the TV remote in my room did not work. I told the front desk, yet nothing happened to fix it.
